"We had our outdoor living space and pool built last year by this family owned business and I must say that I am so glad that we decided to go with COL. In every step of the construction phase, we were provided with details on what to expect. Austin is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the construction phase. He was always helpful with answering the many questions I had during and after the construction phase and always had a pleasant attitude. From the designing phase, to the dig, to the final completion date, Matt and Austin were always there to offer suggestions and provide their expertise when we weren't sure or hesitant about our options. They didn't treat us like another project to get done but rather treated us with such great respect and never made us feel rushed and in my opinion, apart from the quality of the project , their customer service sets them apart from any other pool company. It's been several months since they completed our project and it's such a pleasant feeling to hear from COL to ask how everything was going with our outdoor living space. They are great! I would definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have an outdoor pool or outdoor living area built. "We have had our Complete Outdoor Living Pool for a few years now with no major issues. I have to say we enjoy it very much. There are a lot of shady contractors out there, so beware! Complete Outdoor Living Pools and Spas are top-notch, very professional, and provide excellent customer service. If you have never worked with a contractor, just know there will be times when it seems like nothing is happening, but no worries with this company. The two young men who came out were very patient with all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. As stated, it's been several years now, and I feel comfortable recommending Complete Outdoor Living Pools and Spas to anyone."

"COL did an excellent job on our pool. This was our first inground pool, and we were a little nervous about the process. Matt and his crew were very easy to work with and became like family by the time the pool was finished. We were extremely pleased with the whole process. They were so patient with us and addressed ALL of our questions and concerns as new pool owners. I am taking care of my pool myself, so they walked me through pool school with baby steps and came out any time I called with an issue that I couldn't solve on my own. Our neighbors even used them when they saw how easy our process went. If you’re looking for a new pool or outdoor living area, please don’t hesitate to reach out to them…you’ll be glad you did!"

"We loved our experience with Complete Outdoor Living! They were the first people we got a quote from and no one beat their prices or ideas - there were many things that other builders charged extra for that COL included in the base price. My husband was the one taking notes on the equipment and found that COL used the best. I was in charge of aesthetics. Matt has a great eye for this! I knew I wanted a ledge for our pool...Matt made sure the placement was so that it provided the best view from the where we'd be sitting inside and out. It was little things like that that made COL stand out - he looked out for us to make sure we had an investment we'd love for a long time. He understood our budget and made suggestions that would give us the best bang for our buck. Austin was wonderful during the construction. He kept us updated with how things were progressing and if there were any hold-ups or hiccups. He explained everything that was going on and patiently addressed all our questions (of which there were many...sorry Austin!) Their follow-through and follow-up are wonderful."
